FAQ FOR CORPORATE MOBILE:
What is your company’s investment?
One phone call to coordinate care should do it. There are no set-up or maintenance fees and you have two options for offering our services (1) the employees would be responsible for the financial aspect of their care or (2) you may offer our services to your employees as a benefit, where the company would be responsible for the financial aspect of their care.
An on-site evaluation to determine your specific needs is easy to perform and a proposal will be sent within two business days.
Do you work with insurance companies?
In many cases, yes.
Insurance companies we are able to bill for onsite care include Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, Uniform and First Choice Health Network. We are not able to bill for services for Regence or Group Health, but we are able to email the employee a receipt which they may submit. Please note that all patients are ultimately responsible for their own medical care and we are not able to guarantee payments by the insurance companies.
If you will be paying for services as you go, the charge depends on the complexity of the case. Please contact us for further information.
Do you treat Labor and Industries injuries?
No, we are unable to take Labor and Industries cases at this time. If you have an employee who needs care due to a work injury, we will be more than happy to refer them to a local chiropractor and/or massage therapist.
What are your hours?
Mobile Chiros, PLLC, enjoys working a flexible schedule, including hours between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.
Alternate days and hours are available upon request; however, extra fees may apply.
How are chiropractic concerns addressed on-site? Don't you need to go to a chiropractor for a lot of treatments?
Mobile Chiros aims to provide the most comprehensive care possible during each visit. This may include chiropractic adjustments, to the spine and extremities, myofascial release techniques (to help relieve associated muscular tension), rehabilitation exercises and nutritional counseling.
The goal with this type of care is to decrease the need for future visits and long-term care as patients are educated on how to decrease current symptoms and prevent them in the future.
The visits are up to 20 minutes in length (after the initial examination visit, which is longer), which is longer than the average chiropractic visit, but considerably less time than it would take for an employee to travel off-site during the average work day.
What type of space is needed?
An enclosed room of 8’x10’ or larger is preferred.
Is there paperwork to fill out?
All employees will need to complete intake paperwork prior to their first visit (as they would at a chiropractor’s office). We are able to email, fax, or snail mail it ahead of time.
